Root to Rise is a soulful journey with a mindful mission!  A series of discussions that ignite the importance of being rooted to rise to our greatness.  The act of rooting creates mindfulness, a sense of presence that shifts focus to inner knowing.  Building a strong foundation supports nurturing our unique seed – our true self, the one we came in with.  The Soul delights in this union and gives way to limitless possibilities as we rise to our potential and purpose!

Paths to Weight Consciousness

Teachings and tools to lighten the way around habits, beliefs, and emotions that impact our ability for sustainable weight control.  Exploring ways to nourish mind-body-spirit with love.  If something is nourishing for the soul, then it’s literally nourishing for the body.  And nourishment fuels metabolism.

There is so much information out there on nutrition, dieting, weight loss programs – that can be confusing and overwhelming.  Instead of food being a source of nourishment, it has become an area of conflict.   So many studies indicate people on a weight loss program/diet typically gain it back in 1-2 years.  The current strategies don’t seem to work that well and they are not sustainable.  Weight issues are not a one size fits all.  You want to change your outside world, you have to make changes on the inside.  My approach is to support a transformation in the way we nourish ourselves.  To take a deeper look at the psychology of eating – meaning an approach to food and health that embraces all of who we are as eaters – body, mind, heart, soul, and our planet.  Your personal power = your metabolic power.  Every issue we face with the body is somehow linked to mind, heart, and soul.
